Job Description
- Direct and coordinate activities in production workshop of Factory concerned with the production of fix equipment and Steel Structures or providing services.
- Make sure about effective & efficient coordination with Fabrication Department, Factory Manager, QC Section, and Planning Department in order to provide on-time & safe delivery of products to logistics according to company projects plan.
- Direct administrative activities related to fabrication of products or providing services.
- Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
- Insures compliance to production schedules, process quality, efficiency standards, budget, inventory and data reporting.
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
- Provides direction and leadership to the workshop team to achieve high quality, productivity and safety standards for fixed equipment and other services.
- Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
- Projects implementation & control in productivity and improvement
- Knowledge of management principles involved in workshop planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and production standards.
