Job Description

  • Prepare and execute marketing planning and budgeting per product within specified time frames and measure quantitatively and qualitatively thereafter.
  • Plan, coordinate and follow up on activities related to congresses scientific events, and gatherings.
  • Cross-functional communication with medical, regulatory affairs, sales, and other functions.
  • Train sales forces about the main messages of products according to related strategies.
  • Design and prepare scientific material and promotional gifts per product.
  • Analyze the market situation, competitors, products, and their activities.
  • Cooperate with target physicians, key account pharmacies, medical associations, etc.
  • Product stock management.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of product management experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG.
  • Working in the aesthetic or supplement field is an advantage.
  • Effective strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Negotiating and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to travel frequently within Iran.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
