Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans for bakery or patisserie/chocolate.
Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans tailored for each customer/channel.
Responsible for survey/research pertaining to market knowledge, customer knowledge, competitor analysis, and consumer analysis, to develop the market opportunities, and update the product mix.
Responsible for the product management processes and implementation -To work with the R&D and sales department on the stage and gate of the new product launch, execution, and follow-up.
Responsible for developing marketing communication plans which include 1-to-1 communication, online communications, on-ground events, and PR to support the launch of the new product to support the sales team.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science is preferable.
At least ten years of experience in marketing, preferably in food ingredients in business-to-business or consumer markets.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good project management skills.
Excellent command of PowerPoint.
Good knowledge of Excel, and Word.
Good communication skills and team player.
Creative, energetic, and self-motivated.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to make decisions and build consensus.
Ability to work interdependence with other departments and colleagues, for instance, marketing manager, R&D, sales, technical advisor, operations, etc.
