Job Description
We are actively seeking a Senior Product Manager for Alopeyk. if you are interested in consulting on tight-knit, data-driven teams using modern practices of lean product management, Agile methodologies, and experimentation. You will work directly with the chief product officer and other members of the team to determine our product roadmap and scope out new features and functionalities. You will also interact directly with our developers daily to deliver product requirements and answer their questions. Above all else, you must be resourceful, intellectually curious, and ambitious. You should be excited about our product and taking it to new heights.

*Responsibilities:

Lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative and fast-moving environment.
Manage the feature life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities to ensure a successful feature launch.
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps.
Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives and support the development team with any questions they may have
Own and maintain a dynamic product roadmap and make sure all stakeholders have transparency over product changes.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience specific to product management roles.
Experience as a product manager or similar role; this is a hard requirement.
Exceptional communication skills; you must be an excellent writer and care about things like formatting and grammar.
Experience writing code is a big plus; you must be somewhat technical and willing to become more so over time.
Knowledge of user experience design and/or user interface design is a big plus.
Having work experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
