Job Description

  • Tracking the product production cycle from ordering to sales, regular reports.
  • Developing a marketing plan for the launch of new products.
  • Preparing annual plans and sales forecasts.
  • Providing briefs according to brand guidelines.
  • Identifying the need for market research.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Food Industry Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Effective communication skills to cooperate with other units in line with the organization's goals.
  • Knowledge of marketing and sales.
  • Ability to guide and lead others informally.
  • Familiarity with the NPD process.
  • At least five years of work experience.
  • Age range: 20 to 35 years old.
  • Gender preference: Male/Female.
