Job Description
• Design and engineering of process engineering equipment, package units, other process components, and plants as well as the execution of calculations and economic considerations. • Optimization and debottlenecking of existing and development of new production processes, technologies, and procedures. • Professional execution of process engineering calculations/simulations. • Creation of process flow diagrams, piping and instruments diagrams, equipment datasheets, Process specifications, descriptions, mass and energy balances. • Process engineering design and evaluation of production processes (optimization, feasibility, basic engineering) • Preparation of technical specifications and datasheets of the process engineering production facilities as well as preparation of chemical engineering discipline's owned documents. • Collaboration in defining the technical scopes, goals, and deliverables. • Description and calculation of planning services in the bidding phase. • Collaboration in commissioning of process engineering apparatus and plants. • Support of sales, processing, and construction in questions of process engineering and process management. • Technical supervision and quality control regarding equipment specifications, piping planning, and construction engineering topics. • Regional willingness to travel according to project requirement.
Requirements
As a process engineer, it is expected that applicant applies general knowledge of engineering and chemical engineering attitude in design, calculation, sizing and preparing the well qualified enough process scheme and documents in any projects. Reliability, Creativity, challenge accepting and simultaneously respecting already existing experiences and design practice are desired to touch the goals in the Process team. • Degree in Process Engineering / Chemical Engineering. • Professional experience as a process engineer with good knowledge of engineering, chemical engineering, hydraulics, and industrial gasses concepts. • Having well sufficient Knowledge of equipment (compressor, pumps, Heat exchangers (shell and tube, plate-fin, vaporizers), Distillation column, Adsorbent beds, pipe elements, instrument elements, etc. • Profession knowledge of nationals and international standards, regulations, and practices. • Chemical engineering program knowledge (HYSYS, HTRI, EDR, PIPENET, …) • CAD programs knowledge (preferably AutoCAD or Autodesk P&ID) for creating any Process owned diagrams (BFD, PFD, P&ID). • Good general computer skills in Windows, MS Office, and any general software, which could improve the performance of process discipline. • Good communication skills and openness to new tasks. • Good English knowledge especially in spoken and written. • Enthusiasm, commitment, well-structured and high self-motivation, combined with the ability to work in a team, as well as independently. • At least five years of work experience
