Job Description:
As Human Resources Intern, you will be responsible for providing support to the departments and People & Organization (HR) team in administering HR programs.
● Collect, analyze, and report HR statistics and make recommendations for improvement.
● Help with administrative processes and procedures related to employees.
● Obtain and record HR information through databases.
● Coordinate with the HR team on HR projects and activities.
About the department:
P&O (HR) department includes a diverse team of cLEAN, HR, and training. It is a team of motivated and passionate colleagues who strive for continuous improvement in our processes and to support LMT (Local Manufacturing Tehran) and our stakeholders.
