Job Description

We’re looking for a platform Journey manager who is responsible for overseeing the development of the platform that is used by our sellers in the marketplace to optimize the revenue funnel. This development includes features and projects that are required by different types of seller personas and different seller journeys from the beginning of inflow till retention. Journey means all the interactions that should be set based on attributes and events of sellers and service customizations based on issues and desires to increase seller lifetime value. So under the supervision of the platform Journey Manager, our team is responsible for seller journeys based on persona and platform optimization based on different requirements of the persona. Another added value that the platform Journey manager can create is to collaborate with different ventures that exist in the market and hasten the projects and features that can be outsourced complying with DK policies. Main objective: ● Supervising platform Journey team for journey creation and service optimizations. ● Helping the marketplace platform grow rapidly by creating effective and efficient journeys for our customers. ● Identifying new opportunities that can help the business progress.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 2 years of managerial experience. ● Experience working with cross-functional teams. ● Experience in sales, marketing, or business development fields is a must. ● Good analytical and communication skills. ● Experience in working with data. ● Project management experience (a plus).
