Job Description

The Assistant to the Manager is responsible for managing the schedules and communications of the manager. The main duties include prioritizing emails and phone calls and gathering documents to prepare for meetings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Follow up and manage the daily activity plan of the manager.
  • Keep the manager's Information file up to date.
  • Follow up on ongoing plans and inform the manager about the progress.
  • Identify potential risks of projects and inform the manager about them.
  • Assist the manager in his administrative tasks (arrange and manage minutes of meetings, presentations, schedules, communication and correspondence with employees, records, information, documents, etc.).
  • Follow up on other requested/designated plans and roles.
  • Manage the affairs of the office of the managing director, coordinating and managing appointments, contacts and correspondence, and matters related to management.
  • Plan to facilitate management office processes and help increase organizational productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or project assistant, preferably in the FMCG field.
  • Project management, time management, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
  • Analytical thinking capability.
  • Team player.
  • Energic, positive, and trustable.
  • Having ICDL 1 and 2 Certificate
  • Good-natured and patient.
  • Regular and very high accuracy.
  • Personality and behavioral stability, and self-management.
