Implement company events, team-building activities, and workshops aimed at promoting employee well-being and professional development
Implement employee motivation programs, including gift vouchers, corporate gifts, Sports facilities, etc.
Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand, both internally and externally
Design surveys include eNPS, exit interviews, job satisfaction, etc.
Plan and prioritize annual training, conduct required training courses and prepare reports from the courses held, and review and analyze the effectiveness of training courses
Analyze feedback and conduct timely retrospectives to continually improve employee engagement and experience and obtain feedback from the courses, monitor the effectiveness of the courses, and ensure good implementation of training courses
Collaborate and implement the onboarding and offboarding process
Work closely with HR teams to support employee growth, development, and onboarding processes.
Implement competitive benchmarking and market research process, and gather and analyze data
Requirements:
2 years of experience in HR, people experience, and employee engagement, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with employees at all levels
Ability to search and benchmark in competing companies and foreign companies
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
