Job Description

Our company is seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Specialist who thrives on a data-driven approach to HR. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR metrics, HR budget and payroll calculations, compensation, and benefits practices. The People Analytics Specialist will create necessary reports that will guide our HR policies and business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics to track and measure progress against organizational goals.
  • Produce HR reports to guide business decisions.
  • Collect and analyze employee data across a variety of areas, including performance, recruitment, and retention rates.
  • Use Power BI and other data visualization tools to produce reports and dashboards that provide insights into key HR-related metrics and areas of concern.
  • Calculate and manage employee-related budget and payroll, using data to inform budgetary decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a People Analytics Specialist role, with a focus on Power BI and data visualization.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in HR metrics.
  • Exceptional skills in HR budget and payroll calculations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to create reports that drive organizational changes.
  • Proficient in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
