Job Description

• To deliver diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive people analytics by applying different tools and techniques regarding company requirements and according to best practices efforts.
• To prepare HR ad hoc/complex reports /insights facilitating stakeholder's decision-making or supporting their process/projects by applying different tools and designing new queries/visuals/KPIs/dashboards, or initiating updates on available entities
• To deliver any request for data/evidence collection assigned including but not limited to award statements, annual reports, audits, etc.
• To contribute to HR digital initiatives as a business analyst, providing consultancy on HR business requirement analysis and engagement with requesters and HR digital project manager/coordinator role in the design/delivery phase.
• To identify, follow/escalate till resolution of any data quality problem as well as data governance issues or lack of data availability (HR Data black box) in HR and provide consultancy to devise solutions for the data owner.
• To support the team in conducting complicated employee surveys using different tools and techniques.
• To stay abreast of the latest developments in the analytics arena and provide consultancy and knowledge sharing to team members in order to develop their knowledge in digitalization, HR processes, data science, and the people analytics area.
• To collaborate with ERP, Big data, and IT Vendors for any digitalization, query design, data extraction, transform and load (ETL), or advanced analytics projects assigned.
• To provide consultancy for data governance/KPI design/report and dashboard design/survey design or analytical studies out of the PA team.
