Follow all stages of goods transportation, including operational matters with agents and customers, control of bill of lading and documents, receipt, control and registration of related costs, preparation and sending of notices, and shipping invoices for freight costs.
Update management, finance, customers, and sales experts on the latest status of cargo transportation and all related matters.
Deal with customers' questions and requests.
Prepare necessary or requested reports for management.
Direct Manager: CEO.
Probation period: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 to 17; Thursdays from 8 to 16:00.
Requirements
At least five years of managerial experience, especially work experience in international transportation companies.
Familiarity with the process of international transportation of goods (sea, land, air, transit), INCOTERMS, documents, procedures, tariffs, laws, and relevant software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and OTMS.
Fluent in English for communication and correspondence with representatives, customers, and cooperation with related sales experts.
Very professional in the international sea, air, and road traffic, and operations.
Familiarity with the principles of customer communication.
Adequate familiarity with the import and export process.
Smart, punctual, flexible, responsible, orderly, and meticulous.
Patient, punctual, focused and confident.
Able to work under pressure.
Work experience in shipping companies is very important.
