Follow all stages of goods transportation, including operational matters with agents and customers, control of bill of lading and documents, receipt, control and registration of related costs, preparation and sending of notices and shipping invoices for freight costs.
Update management, finance, customers and sales experts on the latest status of cargo transportation and all related matters.
Deal with customers' questions and requests.
Prepare necessary or requested reports for management.
Direct Manager: CEO.
Probation period: 1 month.
Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:00 to 16:00; Thursday from 8:00 to 13:00.
Requirements
At least five years of managerial experience, especially work experience in international transportation companies.
Familiarity with the process of international transportation of goods (sea, land, air, transit), INCOTERMS, documents, procedures, tariffs, laws, and relevant software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and EPL.
Fluent in English for communication and correspondence with representatives, customers, and cooperation with related sales experts.
Very professional in the international sea, air, and road traffic, and operations.
Familiarity with the principles of customer communication.
Adequate knowledge of business correspondence.
Smart, punctual, flexible, responsible, orderly, and meticulous.
Patient, punctual, focused and confident.
Able to work under pressure.
Ability to deal with questions of the sales team from reservation to delivery of goods or documents.
