Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Convert approved research designs into executable field plans with clear quotas, routes, timelines, and risk controls.
• Govern vendors through Service Level Agreements (SLA), rate cards, and performance reviews. Implement corrective actions when needed.
• Enforce ethics and consent, including minors. Safeguard privacy and data retention. Run back checks, re contacts, Global Positioning System (GPS) and time stamp verification, and fraud detection.
• Own the digital capture pipeline. Standardize file naming, codebooks, and version control. Ensure structured, validated datasets are delivered to analytics on time.
• Oversee data cleaning and coding for quantitative studies, including open ended responses. Issue first level field reports and hand off packs.
• Build and coach the field team. Set expectations, run on the job training, and track performance of supervisors and interviewers.
• Partner with the Quantitative Insights Manager and Qualitative Insights Assistant Manager on sampling, pilots, stimulus handling, and protocol changes.
• Improve tools and processes. Test real time dashboards, photo validation, and basic artificial intelligence fraud flags with Analytics and Information Technology.
• Plan and control budgets and logistics. Manage incentives, materials, and travel. Report variances with reasons and fixes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• On Time In Full (OTIF) field delivery.
• Data latency from last interview to analysis ready dataset.
• Quality Control (QC) pass rate and verified re contact success.
• Fraud rate at or below threshold.
• Cost per completed interview versus plan.
• Interviewer productivity and first time right rate.
• Compliance incidents, zero material breaches
