Job Description

As an OD (Organizational Development) Specialist within the HR team, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and transformation. You will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate change initiatives, implement agile practices, such as Scrum, and drive OKR (Objectives and Key Results) planning. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing employee engagement, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning organizational goals with individual performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Agile Transformation: Lead and support the implementation of agile methodologies, primarily Scrum, across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption, utilization, and continuous improvement of agile practices.
  • OKR Planning: Guide the Tech and Product team and other business units in developing and implementing OKRs, ensuring alignment with the overall organizational strategy. Provide coaching and support to ensure OKRs are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) and drive impactful results.
  • Change Management: Partner with HR and other departments to identify and implement change initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness. Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training materials to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, aligning individual and team objectives with overall organizational goals. Provide guidance on establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking mechanisms to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to identify skill gaps and develop training programs that support agile practices, change management, and performance improvement. Deliver training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and metrics to assess the effectiveness of organizational development interventions. Gather feedback, conduct surveys, and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, HR business partners, and employees. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to leaders and teams on agile practices, OKR planning, and change management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an OD specialist, change management consultant, or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Familiarity with OKR frameworks and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles, KPIs, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
