Job Description

•Main Objective: We are hiring two New Business Managers for Stationary and Restaurant business in our company. New Business Manager is accountable for the business in the company and reports directly to CEO. •Main Responsibilities: -Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business -Leverage market data to drive company growth -Keeps detailed records of daily revenue and cash flow at the business site and control business P&L -Reports to CEO when the business is over budget or not reaping expected profits -Work with other managers and key departments of the organization such as Marketing, financial and especially sales & distribution channels -Negotiate, renegotiate, and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other representatives -Create long-term business strategy -Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs -Prepare Business Plan and Business Model with cooperation of CEO -Integrate supply chain and sales to enhance product profitability
