Job Description

  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team members and providing the necessary solutions and consultations to improve the performance level of the team.
  • Planning and improving the activities of sales teams.
  • Cooperating with the relevant deputy to develop sales strategies.
  • Trying to reach the set goals and ensuring that the necessary measures are taken.
  • Creating, maintaining and expanding a continuous and effective working relationship with the company's customers, especially specialist doctors and key customers, and providing continuous solutions to increase their longevity.
  • Cooperating with the marketing department to plan and effectively attend related specialized congresses.
  • Maintaining effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant units work in line with their respective projects.
  • Market analysis and providing appropriate feedback plan to increase sales.
  • Holding sales meetings with broadcasting companies and attending broadcasting branches.
  • Establishing effective communication with specialized drug associations and effective cooperation in their programs.
  • Preparing and presenting regular reports on the progress of affairs.

Requirements

  • MD, Pharmacist, DVM, or at least a Master's degree in related Medical Science fields.
  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Experience in people management and team leadership.
  • Flexibility to travel across the country.
