Job Description

  • Periodical visits to HCPs in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals to establish strong relations.
  • Ensure all doctors/HCPs/KOLs receive the right message, information, clinical studies, and samples.
  • Conduct seminars and educational activities for health care professionals.
  • Provide direct assistance to team members and monitor work matters related to the achievement of business KPIs.
  • Identify and escalate changes and trends in HCP decision-making, needs, and concerns.
  • Conduct face-to-face calls and have ongoing contact with identified lists of HCPs across the defined geographical area.
  • Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacies.
  • Analyze market demands and report to the company.
  • Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs.
  • Prepare detailed reports of all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Medical Sciences.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • An outgoing and persuasive manner and negotiating skills.
  • Sales and customer relationship skills.
  • Confidence and persistence.
  • Patience and self-motivation.
  • Analytical and planning skills.
  • Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes.
  • Strong teamwork and networking skills.
