Job Description
- Periodical visits to HCPs in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals to establish strong relations.
- Ensure all doctors/HCPs/KOLs receive the right message, information, clinical studies, and samples.
- Conduct seminars and educational activities for health care professionals.
- Provide direct assistance to team members and monitor work matters related to the achievement of business KPIs.
- Identify and escalate changes and trends in HCP decision-making, needs, and concerns.
- Conduct face-to-face calls and have ongoing contact with identified lists of HCPs across the defined geographical area.
- Apply territory planning to get the maximum use of time and best area coverage for both doctors and pharmacies.
- Analyze market demands and report to the company.
- Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings and training programs.
- Prepare detailed reports of all activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Medical Sciences.
- At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- An outgoing and persuasive manner and negotiating skills.
- Sales and customer relationship skills.
- Confidence and persistence.
- Patience and self-motivation.
- Analytical and planning skills.
- Flexible approach to work in order to adapt to changes.
- Strong teamwork and networking skills.
- Familiar with sales and marketing skills.
