- Coordinate sales distribution , quotas, and goals and establish training programs for sales representatives. - Sales and Marketing of Cosmetic products - Obtaining information about market competitors status and report to management - Designing and developing the planning of the sales team in accordance with the approved goals - Providing Reports and Plans, Updating on Competitors' activities, Increasing Brand Value, Expanding the Market-share

Requirements

- 5 years’ experience in brand activation (as B2B sales and Marketing Supervisor) - Advanced communication skills - University Qualifications: Having a degree in Medical Sciences, Para-medicine, Pharmacology, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry is an advantage . - Experience in identifying target audiences
