Job Description

Management of sales and marketing team - Monitoring and reporting on competitor activities, market facts and distributors performance in related territory - Collaborate with distribution teams to achieve company's targets in the territory - Regular customer visit and report - establish an effective communication with customers - Travel requirements: within country - Supervision on communication with the specialists and pharmacists to Increase their awareness about company products - Performing analysis of customer behavior, market condition and Competition situation from the collected data - Establish and maintain current and potential customers' Relationships. - Establish a system to monitor and review customer satisfaction - Prepare distributor's orders according to the prepared targets - Prepare the regular reports, including activity and monthly reports to Marketing Manager - Evaluating the outcome of marketing plans and projects - Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock. - Team work capability
