Job Description
● Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans.
● Create, execute and monitor the performance of online and offline campaigns and provide all the resources required to meet sales targets, to ensure marketing campaigns achieve their objectives.
● Develop marketing and sales KPIs and identify sales goals (monthly, seasonal and annual targets) and plan and present revenue strategies to achieve specified sales goals, as well as monitor performance and report to management.
● Conduct qualitative and quantitative marketing research.
● Play a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals.
● Oversee current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products and product enhancements.
● Develop sales promotions that result in maximum effectiveness.
