Job Description
● Manage the marketing team of the company based on marketing plans in coordination with the sales team to achieve the targets.
● Develop marketing strategies to achieve the company's marketing goals.
● Set up marketing programs to lead company strategy and cover different channels to support specific marketing objectives.
● Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
● Contribute to the internal communication of the company strategy and objectives.
● Manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications.
● Provide inputs on training needs and coordinate with the HR department to ensure the facilitation of training requirements.
● Develop and implement on-the-job training for the team.
● Provide inputs for the development of the annual manpower plan.
● Contribute to the internal communication of the company strategy and objectives.
● Develop the in-market approach to social media, in line with wider company objectives.
● Participate in conferences, symposia, marketing, and sales meetings.
● Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors.
● Research and study market trends.
● Design and monitor the proper implementation of social media marketing strategies.
