Job Description

- Marketing team management - Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers - Marketing Data Analysis & providing innovative marketing solutions - Developing campaign analysis and evaluation techniques to identify existing strengths and opportunities - Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs in order to guide current and future strategies. - Overall responsibility for setting the direction of the marketing and sales and revenue strategy and ensuring that it is aligned to the company’s overall strategy - Develops abstract scope business & marketing plans, assesses market penetration and product positioning to drive competitive advantage, revenue and market share - Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers - Managing Effective collaboration with content designers and producers to ensure that the content produced matches with the brand strategy - Providing a suitable strategy to better identify the brand among competitors - Offering Solutions to increase Market Share - Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends - Conduct market research (monitoring the market, analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, market trends analysis in all segments of the company’s products) - Review, analysis and planning for sales channels - Design and implementing sales channels development plan to increase company sales - Preparation, development and help implement the plan

Requirements

- Education: At least MSc/BSc in marketing management/MBA or relevant fields. - Male or female - Fluent in English - Age 30 to 40 years - Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing management - Excellent in Teamwork - Fluent in the principles and techniques of marketing, marketing, branding - high Emotional Intelligence - Young, creative and motivated - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - problem analysis and problem-solving
