About the Role
Farir Teb, a leading company in the field of diabetes care, is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand in the healthcare industry and design impactful campaigns for physicians, pharmacies, and people living with diabetes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement brand strategies, and manage key brand messages.
• Represent the company in scientific events, exhibitions, and congresses.
• Design, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing calendar and product launch activities.
• Create and oversee scientific, promotional, and educational content for physicians, pharmacies, and diabetic patients.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment of activities.
• Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign ROI.
• Analyze market trends, monitor competitors, study customer behavior, and provide strategic reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in marketing.
• Strong knowledge of branding, B2B & B2C campaigns, and digital marketing.
• Market analysis and consumer behavior expertise.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and make strategic decisions.
• Creativity, result orientation, and excellent communication skills.
