Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role owns campaign execution, digital marketing performance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure marketing strategies translate into measurable impact.



What You’ll Do

Execute marketing initiatives aligned with approved growth, expansion, and go-to-market strategies
Translate positioning, value propositions, and service offerings into consistent B2B communication
Develop and manage content that educates the market on professional e-commerce logistics capabilities
Create marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, and service overviews for BD usage (non-sales)
Support go-to-market communication for new services in coordination with Product and Operations
Track marketing performance indicators related to awareness, engagement, and communication effectiveness
Produce structured marketing insights to improve messaging quality and channel effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Operations, and leadership
Manage agencies and vendors within defined scopes, timelines, and budgets
Lead and support the marketing team with a strong focus on execution quality and accountability


What You Bring

+6 years of experience in B2B marketing roles with hands-on execution responsibility
Strong background in content development, digital communication channels, and marketing performance tracking
Ability to explain complex services in simple, credible, and business-relevant language
Experience in logistics, e-commerce, technology, or service-based businesses is a strong advantage
Comfortable operating in long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder B2B environments
