Job Description

Responsibilities Provide strong daily inspiration, leadership, and management. Responsible for all functional areas of solution delivery and deployment, including; Requirements,Software Design, Development, Enterprise Architecture, QA, and Hosting / Production Operations. Drive a culture and processes that ensures the appropriate balance in which quality products are produced in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Provide high-level leadership to projects that improve the functionality, reliability, usability, scalability, and security of the company’s applications and systems. Create a strong internal culture to manage projects with accurate estimates and strong communication to stakeholders Ensure strong partnerships with internal teams to move forward business capabilities. Strong focus on customer success, engaging directly with customers and internal teams to ensure product vision meets the needs of all stakeholders.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, Human Resources or a closely related field. 10 printing experience including at least five years supervisory, production management or plant superintendent positions. Up-to-date on latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently Familiar with corporate law and management best practices Strong knowledge of company, business, brand, and product; understanding of the company and its position in the market/industry Skills/Qualifications Must be a proven and experienced leader with executive management, organizational and administration skills. Must possess strong strategic planning, implementation, execution and evaluation skills. Must have the ability to prioritize and concurrently manage multiple tasks. Must have knowledge and experience in workforce programs as well as the ability to manage a multi-programmatic, multi-locational public system. Must have knowledge and experience of workforce programs rules and regulations. Must have the ability to work with and supervise others as an effective team builder and team player. Must have the ability to operate personal computers with Windows operating systems and related software such as: Word, Excel, and Power Point, file management, e-mail and Internet.
