Job Description:

As the managing director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including strategic planning, business development, financial management, and team leadership. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth and profitable functioning of the company while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred).
Proven experience in a senior management role within the transportation or logistics industry.
Strong business acumen and a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of international transportation, customs regulations, and supply chain management.
Familiarity with financial management principles and practices.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology platforms.
