Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support the Managing Director with daily administrative tasks.
- Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, minutes of the meetings and presentations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Facility management supporting services like event management, travel management, etc.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
- Prior administrative or secretarial experience is required.
