Job Description

The job holder is responsible for planning, development, maintenance, and ensuring the proper use of all the infrastructure of the factory, including machinery, tooling, installations, and building installations. The main duty areas are listed below: ● Planning the preventive and predictive maintenance and repair activities. ● Division of labor and supervision of the performance of PM technicians. ● Monitor and implement plans for the periodic services of equipment and installations. ● Plan and implement automation on production and assembly processes. ● Monitoring and ordering the spare parts and consumables required. ● Preparing and analyzing KPI indicators in the PM system.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Industrial Electricity, Electronics or Control. ● 7 years of relevant work experience in the field of manufacturing industries. ● Ability in Design and programming with Siemens, Delta, Omron,…. PLC’s and HMI’s. ● Mastery of servo motors and inverters. ● Familiar with Microcontrollers. ● Ability to prepare and interpret Electrical drawings and schematics. ● Creative, flexible, and self-motivated. ● Having the spirit of doing executive and operational works. ● Fluent in English to the extent of reading specialized texts, articles, and conversations. ● Residents of Parand, Robat Karim, Shahriar, and other suburbs are preferred.
