Job Description

- Supervise the activities of Sales, Customer Service, Delivery, Maintenance, and Driver Management. - Support the operations teams to ensure cost efficient business performance and play a key role in managing key client relationships to ensure service expectation levels are maintained and exceeded. - Manage and coordinate the driver’s routes, ensuring efficient work schedules are in place and updates are communicated in a timely manner. - Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operation consistently meets the requirements of the customer, as well meeting the budgetary and financial goals of the site. - Ensure that the company service levels are achieved at all times. Act quickly and positively to address and resolve customer problems. - Work constructively and supportively with - internal customers' at other Depots, Hubs and Contact Centres. - Develop relationships with clients and serve as an escalation point as needed.

Requirements

- Demonstrable Supply Chain experience covering at least 2-3 of the main end to end supply chain processes/functions such as Distribution, Planning, Purchasing, Transportation, Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Business Support. - Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, Master’s degree preferable. - Fluency in English (Advanced written and spoken, ability to sustain an active business correspondence) + additional languages desirable. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the Logistics Sector. - Expert knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc). - Preferable experience working in international business, being familiar with cultural differences and implementing a friendly approach to personalized problem solving. - Demonstrated strong analytical and communication/team work skills. - Commitment to the team, willing to produce successful results efficiently, ready for challenges and mastering existing knowledge. - Develop relationships with clients and serve as an escalation point as needed.
