Job Description

-Managing warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes including inventory, shipment, reception, material flow and capacity management, to make sure logistic operation sustainability.
-Animating logistic function performance with team including supply chain and internal stakeholders (customer service, finance, sales as relevant) according to service level / on costs optimization /projects / requests to review logistic performance.
-Developing send and receive program for Bel purchasing team and external stakeholders according to factory constraints to optimize unloading and loading operations.
-Identifying required issues and actions by leading daily control meetings with logistic team to secure production and demand.
-Optimizing logistic transportation with efficient use of transportation resources while meeting the needs of the customers to maximize freight loads while minimizing freight costs.
-Developing and managing logistics KPIs to make sure all aspect of logistic process are on track.
-Monitoring product/ raw material import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
-Developing and planning basic principles of sustainability, including reverse logistics,
reworking product lines and cutting operational energy costs to increase efficiency of supply chain as a matter of accuracy and sustainability.
-Developing risk management system based on external and internal parameters with SC and stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios.
-Facilitating the cooperation between Bel industrial and commercial departments in order management, accounting, or shipping to understand and meet logistical expectation of all stockholders and integrate logistics with business systems or process.
-Implementing HSE and food safety policies, procedures, working instructions and checklists based on ISO requirements and Bel group standards to ensure safety, wellbeing, environment and hygienic disciplines are in place.
-Comparing daily logistic operation according to Bel group requirements and local concern to ensure all logistic operations compliance with international and local laws (such as INCO terms, export, etc.), procedures and standards
