Job Description

  • Managing the business development team, operations support team, and regional office support team.
  • Oversee office management and control operational costs and expenses.
  • Execute and continuously improve local processes and workflows.
  • Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Design, document, and update operational processes.
  • Collaborate with senior management and executive teams on strategic planning and decision making.
  • Maintain regular communication with the department manager for updates on ongoing procedures.
  • Create clear action plans for team arrangements and keep management informed.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in team management and leadership.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proactive approach.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
