Job Description

  • Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implementing continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus; and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership.
  • Ensures execution of core learning and development programs from onboarding to leadership development.
  • Builds and executes robust talent management processes and practices that align with organizational culture and business needs. Assess quality, content, and effectiveness of training including course design, instruction, program evaluations, training materials, and learning reinforcement in achieving organizational objectives.
  • Partners with the senior management team and business leaders to identify future training opportunities, build and drive successful talent review processes and create succession and development plans.
  • Develops performance analytics mechanisms to monitor organizational and individual performance against established goals and objectives.
  • Partners with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Leaders to create models to understand the current and future talent needs of the company.
  • Creates scalable programs to support and develop talent development and empower team members to achieve career and personal growth goals. Works with business leaders to identify and provide job and learning experiences needed to develop our talent.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
  • Relevant talent management, learning, and development expertise.
  • Strong interpersonal skills (i.e., collaboration, listening, counseling and coaching, negotiation skills).
  • Strong organizational and/or project management skills; strong change management and communication planning skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel weekly to Isfahan.
