- Responsible for driving the best commercial performance from sellers within Mootanroo marketplace, and ensuring a great experience for sellers
- Commercial Negotiations with sellers and implementation of seasonal marketing campaigns
- Maintaining positive relations with sellers and managing challenges with them to achieve high seller satisfaction
- Research and analyze data and market insights
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers
- Research competitors and suggest appropriate pricing and promotional activities
- Calculate forecasts for product demand trends
- Category growth analysis in regards to sales
- Monitor customer's needs, commercial trends, market situation, and competitor's activities in order to determine the effectiveness of commercial plans and strategies
- Negotiation with suppliers to have the best win-win business contracts and deals in line with business development plan
