POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead, develop, and ensure implementation of customer strategies that are aligned with overall business strategies and that support the achievement of profitable sales objectives.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
- Define and execute strategies and plans for the key accounts in line with business requirements and the customer's vision.
- Lead development of customer relationships, including through joint business planning and top customer engagement.
- Accountable and responsible for ensuring achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs.
- Ensure complete support and collaboration with the head of business units to ensure alignment of category, channel, and field sales plans, including alignment on Investment.
- Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies, including Nestle/local trade policy, local sales policies, local trade terms, safety, and local and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with peer group to share customer best practices, liaise with BEMs, CCSD, field sales, and supply chain to meet the customer's needs.
- Ensure the development of careers, succession plans, development, and coaching of key accounts personnel as well as direct reports.
What Will Make You Successful?
- More than 4 years in business operations, with at least 2 years of experience in key accounts, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results, led the key accounts function.
- Marketing experience is a plus.
