POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead, develop, and ensure implementation of customer strategies that are aligned with overall business strategies and that support the achievement of profitable sales objectives.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Define and execute strategies and plans for the key accounts in line with business requirements and the customer's vision.
Lead development of customer relationships, including through joint business planning and top customer engagement.
Accountable and responsible for ensuring achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs.
Ensure complete support and collaboration with the head of business units to ensure alignment of category, channel, and field sales plans, including alignment on Investment.
Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies, including Nestle/local trade policy, local sales policies, local trade terms, safety, and local and legal regulations.
Collaborate with peer group to share customer best practices, liaise with BEMs, CCSD, field sales, and supply chain to meet the customer's needs.
Ensure the development of careers, succession plans, development, and coaching of key accounts personnel as well as direct reports.
What Will Make You Successful?
More than 4 years in business operations, with at least 2 years of experience in key accounts, and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results, led the key accounts function.
