Job Description

Responsible for managing all the sales KPIs such as coverage as well as leading and overseeing all commercial, operational, and team management aspects of assigned agents/hybrid across all country specially in South and West regions of Iran

Job Specific Accountabilities

    • Provide regular reporting and business insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
    • Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics.
    • Ensure efficient coordination between sales, logistics, and support functions of both own organization and hybrid ones.
    • Monitor customer satisfaction and lead local initiatives to improve service levels and responsiveness.
    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies in line with national objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).

Language: Fluent in Persian; professional proficiency in English preferred.

Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and working with SUB-Ds specially hybrid model within FMCG, food, or retail industries. Solid experience in Western, Southern, and Central regions. Proven leadership of regional sales teams. Strong exposure to distributor management, P&L accountability, and customer engagement.

Skills: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
