
Job Description
Responsible for managing all the sales KPIs such as coverage as well as leading and overseeing all commercial, operational, and team management aspects of assigned agents/hybrid across all country specially in South and West regions of Iran
Job Specific Accountabilities
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Language: Fluent in Persian; professional proficiency in English preferred.
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales and working with SUB-Ds specially hybrid model within FMCG, food, or retail industries. Solid experience in Western, Southern, and Central regions. Proven leadership of regional sales teams. Strong exposure to distributor management, P&L accountability, and customer engagement.
Skills: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
