Job Description
- Oversee all recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training processes.
- Prepare and maintain employee records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Work closely with the HR manager on performance reviews and personnel issues.
- Do other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar fields (preferably a Master's degree).
- Relevant experience in an HR role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong moral and ethical code.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
- Excellent administrative skills.
