Job Description

  • Oversee all recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training processes.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, including payroll, benefits, and compensation.
  • Work closely with the HR manager on performance reviews and personnel issues.
  • Do other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or similar fields (preferably a Master's degree).
  • Relevant experience in an HR role.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong moral and ethical code.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
