Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and professional HR Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for partnering closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and to support effective people management across both Head Office functions and Manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring strong HR governance while driving talent, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
• You will act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Sales, Medical, and Corporate Functions.
• Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and headcount management initiatives.
• Drive performance management processes, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Coach and advise managers on leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and people management best practices.
• Manage employee relations cases professionally, fairly, and confidentially.
• Ensure full compliance with labor law, internal policies, and company procedures.
• Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with HR Shared Services to ensure consistent and high-quality HR service delivery.
• Maintain a strong and visible HR presence at manufacturing site(s) to support operational and employee-related needs.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or FMCG environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes, employee relations, and labor law.
• Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand operational and organizational priorities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and coaching skills.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in English (working level).
• Willingness and flexibility to work on-site(s) at manufacturing locations as required.
