Job Description

● Creating job descriptions, job classification, and job requirements systems. ● Cooperation in implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment. ● Cooperation in job grading to improve the pay structure of the organization. ● Recommending changes and monitoring HR metrics. ● Supporting and cooperation in implementing the Performance Management Systems. ● Organizing learning and development programs. ● Supporting a smooth work journey for all staff from interview and recruitment to settlement in an integrated approach. ● Proficient in conducting the entire recruitment process. ● Conducting and analyzing exit interviews. ● Implementing the socialization and onboarding process. ● Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. ● Contributing to all HR decision-making considering all aspects of HR and people. ● Assist in employee retention programs. ● Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Management, Business, or related fields (Master's degree in HR or relevant fields is a plus). ● Proven work experience as an HR expert or similar role for at least two years. ● Mastery of all human resources processes. ● Mastery of design, development, improvement, and implementation of human resource processes. ● Highly skilled in human capital development KPIs. ● Ability to foster healthy employee relations. ● Highly skilled in organizing, planning, and executing HR activities. ● Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Exceptional problem-solving skills. ● Positive professional attitude and capable of working well with a vast array of employees. ● Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
