Job Description

DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.

Roles:

  • Interface at all levels of the organization.
  • Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee life-cycle and apply that understanding to craft integrated solutions that are thoughtful and reinforced by upstream and downstream talent programs.
  • Work in an environment that demands strong deliverables and the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Attract and retain key talent, including tech and product employees, by implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR, or other related fields.
  • +3 years of experience in tech-based organizations (having experience with tech and product teams is considered an advantage).
  • Expert in recruiting key employees of the organization and with effective experience in recruiting tech and product employees.
  • Familiar with developing organizational strategies, processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiar with business processes, operations, models, and structure.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiar with the grading system and leveling of the employees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
