Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork based on annual open job positions.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns, and inform the management for getting advice, if needed.
Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
Prepare and submit weekly reports related to the scope of work, procedures, and responsibilities.
Requirements
At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in the field.
Excellent service orientation and active looking for ways to help people.
Effective time managers and problem-solver are responsible for managing their own schedules.
Well-versed in English, both spoken and written, with good experience in writing mature content.
Strong knowledge of computer applications, particularly being very professional in using Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet Browsers.
