We at ATA are hiring for Junior HRIS Specialist for our HR Department.
As a Junior HRIS Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and efficient operation of the HRIS, supporting HR functions and providing technical assistance to end-users. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT personnel, and external vendors, to ensure that the HRIS meets the organization's needs and aligns with best practices. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and technology.
Job objectives:
- Assist the HRIS Specialist in managing and maintaining the HRIS system to ensure accurate and efficient operation.
- Create and update documentation, manuals, and user guides related to HRIS processes and functionalities.
- Answer calls and respond to emails from end-users, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborate with the HRIS Specialist to identify areas for improvement in the HRIS system and assist in implementing enhancements and updates.
- Conduct data entry and data maintenance tasks in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information.
- Assist in conducting regular audits of HRIS data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate standard reports from the HRIS system and assist in analyzing HR metrics and trends.
- Support end-users in utilizing the HRIS system effectively, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of HRIS data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as required.
