Requirements
-Minimum Bachelor's degree level with experience of HR strategy planning, change management, administration, management, OD
-At least 5 years direct experiences in HROD with end-to-end experiences from strategy innovative to execution
-Previous experience in planning, design and executing HROD intervention/program for organization
-Experience in implementing innovative HR strategies, HR transformation and change management
-Analytical & initiative
-Possess strong interpersonal & communication skills
-Preservice to see the changes
-Positive & with a continuous improvising mindset are essential attributes
-Prefer candidate who has handled dynamic working environment
