Job Description
We’re looking for a young, creative, and energetic HR Learning and Development Specialist to join our Human Resources Development team.
In this role, you’ll contribute to building a learning-oriented culture, support the implementation of HR infrastructure, and collaborate closely with whole company and external partners to design and deliver impactful development initiatives.
*Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support training, coaching, and learning programs across the organization.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure effective implementation of performance management processes.
- Contribute to the design and development of HR infrastructure, including organizational values, competency models, and career development frameworks.
- Collect, analyze, and manage HR data to support decision-making and improvement initiatives.
- Handle routine HR operations related to employee development, engagement, and experience.
- Support HR branding and communication initiatives to promote learning culture and employee experience.
- Coordinate with external training institutes and service providers to coordinate learning activities.
- Assist in other HR projects and continuous improvement activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in learning & development or talent management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about learning, growth, and innovation in people development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to work with data and digital tools.
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a positive energy.
