Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled human resources expert who is passionate about recruiting, supporting, and developing talent through our company’s policies and managing procedures. Generating and implementing required HR procedures while improving current ones. - Performing all HR Tasks including Job Analysis, Recruitment, Development, Performance evaluation, Compensation, Talent Management - Supporting internal communication such as announcements and on-boarding programs. Performing all Recruitment tasks including advertisement, Screening, Coordinating interviews, Result announcements - Providing and updating HR databases - Conducting and analyzing all HR-related analysis and surveys - Maintaining employee files and the HR records such as personnel documents - Support broader HR projects when necessary
