Job Description

  • Oversee the performance management process, including KPI setting, feedback sessions, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Prepare and keep job profiles updated for all positions in business units.
  • Conduct annual workforce engagement surveys with follow-on focus groups as necessary to understand, refine, and formulate strategies to address areas of need.
  • Design and implement career paths.
  • Identify, develop, and support the HR reporting and data needs.
  • Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Have active collaboration in Assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs, and challenges that impact effectiveness to prioritize HRD Projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering/Management.
  • More than 5 years of experience in the same position.
  • Age range: 27 to 35 years old.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Familiar with the FMCG industry.
  • Fluent in the job analysis method.
  • Fluent in quantitative performance management methods (such as OKR, BSC, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Result-oriented.
  • Strong networking abilities.
