Oversee the performance management process, including KPI setting, feedback sessions, performance reviews, and development planning.
Prepare and keep job profiles updated for all positions in business units.
Conduct annual workforce engagement surveys with follow-on focus groups as necessary to understand, refine, and formulate strategies to address areas of need.
Design and implement career paths.
Identify, develop, and support the HR reporting and data needs.
Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Have active collaboration in Assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs, and challenges that impact effectiveness to prioritize HRD Projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering/Management.
More than 5 years of experience in the same position.
Age range: 27 to 35 years old.
Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Familiar with the FMCG industry.
Fluent in the job analysis method.
Fluent in quantitative performance management methods (such as OKR, BSC, etc.).
